We recently completed the demolition and removal of this in-ground gunite swimming pool on Glenbrook Road in Bethesda Maryland! The gunite pool was situated at the very rear of a tight, confining backyard, necessitating the need for our compact equipment, which is typical with a majority of our swimming pool demolition projects!
We broke up the entire swimming pool and the concrete decking surrounding the pool. All the concrete rubble was trucked away, and the cavity was backfilled with clean soil and compacted. Complete removal of the swimming pool, as if it was never there! And best of all – the clients were great to work with, which made removal of their swimming pool a smooth, stress free experience for all of us! While we were there the owners had us to some additional work for them, but the demolition of the pool, the loading and hauling of the concrete rubble, the backfilling and compacting of the cavity, and the final grading took (6) days from start to finish.
