We did a “partial” pool removal at this property outside of Leesburg, VA. We broke up the entire floor. That’s correct, Our “partial” pool demolition involves destroying the entire bottom of the pool’s floor. We do not “punch holes” in the pool’s floors, we go one step further and we destroy the entire bottom. We also broke the pool’s walls down. Rubble was covered with geo-textile fabric, and backfilled with clean fill soil. We then compacted with a vibratory roller. Our process is not anything new for us! We have performing this process with all our partial swimming pool removal jobs since 2008. Our process has been proven with great success. After we backfilled with then graded, seeded, and mulched with straw. You’ll notice that we removed the trees and shrubbery from around the pool and we also graded down the slope that was around the backside of the pool.
